We use sites such as Constant Contact, Zip Your Flyer, and Property Blast Homes to advertise and promote listings.

We use a direct marketing strategy of sending out electronic newsletters via Constant Contact to our contact list, consisting of over 32K recipients.

Each newsletter contains either a featured property or multiple properties, brief descriptions, videos, professional photographs, acreage, price, property maps, hyperlinks to our website or to the property's unique website for more information.

#1 Real Estate Flyer Agent to Agent

We use Zip Your Flyer when a listing isn't in the county with our MLS. This flyer is broken down by counties and contacts all agents in the target area.

Videos can be used in the flyer, which we couple with property descriptions, photos and links to the listing on our website

By utilizing Property Blast, we send out listed properties to agents in Texas when a listing isn't in the county with our MLS Like Zip Your Flyer, this method of contact goes to agents, and can put a property on their radar to fit their buyers' needs.
