About Us American Stalls was founded in 2006 when we won an RFP to build 1,500 horse stalls for HITS Horse Shows in Saugerties, NY. Ever since 2006, we have worked on thousands of barns across North America. We've worked on projects of all size – including everything from a sixstall hobby barn to large Grand Prix barns. For over 16 years, we have been an industry leader in stabling equipment. Horse stalls, barn doors, and equine flooring are large investments that you will make toward your horses’ safety and your farm. This is why we build products that fit your day-to-day needs, your design goals, and that stands the test of time. Our products are designed for horse people by horse people. This means that our steel framing, the stall design, the feed options, and the way it installs into your barn is tailored exactly to how you want. It can also be built as a "kit stall" which can be built directly onsite into your horse barn by your contractor. Our design team is here to help you review all options. Our sliding stall fronts are a great choice for most barns. Since the door slides rather than swing outward, sliding doors help save space in an aisle. This space-saving feature makes sliding doors a perfect choice for busier facilities. Our sliding stall fronts can also be dressed up with brass accents, arches, yokes, and multiple feed options. We also understand that doors are always a very personal choice since they are used dozens of times each day. That is why every single stall door is built to order. Pin Latch – Sliding horse stalls include our pin latch made of ½” thick stainless steel. When the door is closed, the pin latch is stored at a 45º angle inside a wall sheath that is bolted either on the stall front or tongue and groove. When the door is in use, the pin latch is safely secured inside the pin provided pin receptacle.

Plunger Latch – European (hinged) stall fronts use our spring loaded plunger latch. This plunger comes with a striker plate to accept plunger latch when door is closed.

Dutch doors are the one of the most versatile options to add to any barn. Dutch Doors add style, ventilation, and sunlight exposure to any barn. Our doors are solid welded and come pre-hung for easy installation. Our latch systems are made from pre-galvanized material fully manufactured for maximum durability to the elements and rigors of any working barn. Doors can be opened from either the inside or outside. We also build singlehinged doors that can be used as entry doors. Many times, our barn windows are paired with bars and yokes to allow socialization of your horses. At American Stalls, our guarantee is that your horse stall equipment is safe, elegant, and built to last. That is why all of our barn equipment uses pre-galvanized steel. This steel treatment ensures that your investment is well protected from the rigors of any barn environment. We take pride in the consistent beautiful finishes in our products. Our team will help you choose a finish that is the most appropriate for your needs and geographical environment. Our finishes include: HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION: Hot dip galvanizing will provide the best protection from rust. This process creates a thick, scratch-resistant and virtually rustproof coating – even in coastal areas that receive regular salt exposure. American Stalls first completely constructs, welds, and cleans our equine equipment. Then, the entire product is submerged into a bath of molten zinc. This zinc bonds to the steel which creates several layers of zinc iron alloy. This creates the easy-identifiable crystallized pattern that covers the surface. POWDER COAT FINISH: Powder coasting is superior to all other forms of paint application when it comes to stalls – leading to the smoothest, most uniform finish. Before coating, we ensure that our steel is grind down to ensure a smooth, consistent finish. This coating forms a smooth protective “skin” over the equipment’s steel.

All American Stalls horse stall equipment is finished with the industry's leading TGIC Polyester Systems 9000 Series. Our powder coat products have the broadest formulating range in color and gloss, and many will meet or exceed AAMA 2603 performance requirements. The work horse of the industry, the 9000 series is often used in interior or exterior applications, and provides excellent flexibility, impact resistance, and application properties. Typical uses include aluminum extrusions, premium agricultural equipment, and heavy duty machinery and equipment.

Our Grand Prix Frame Tents are built for clients that host horse shows and other events. Our tents feature construction that is meant to smooth and tighten the traditional look of frame tents by using a tensioned valance, or catenary curve, as opposed to clips or buckles. This allows the Grand Prix Frame tent to use less hardware, making for faster and easier installations. These tents are routinely used by our clients including large horse show venues, polo clubs, expo centers, and fairgrounds. These tents are used to house portable horse stalls, but also used for hospitality use. This includes hospitality tent set ups for VIP lounges at events.

BRIDLE HOOK (ROUND) $510 USD The American Stalls Bridle Hook (Large, Round) is a seamless bridle hook that is handcrafted to your design needs. Each bridle hook's plate measures at an OD of 6". Each bridle hook is then equipped with an elegantly bridle curve and tastefully appointed hook. Note: All hardware is custom built in the USA and arrives in a finish of client's choice.

BRIDLE HOOK $25 USD Our bridle hook is manufactured with heavy duty 14-GA United States steel by true craftsmen. Each piece is built and is designed with a wide stance to maintain your bridle’s shape and look. This bridle hook is multifunctional and can also serve as a halter hook. Our bridle hooks feature a 3" W x 2" H baseplate. They then feature a hook that has 2.5" of depth. This provides ample room for your bridles and halters. All bridle hooks are custom built to order. This means that we can powder coat your hooks to your liking. Standard choices include Echo Black, Mesa Tan, Storm Grey, and Ivy Green. Custom finishes available upon request and subject to a surcharge.

GATE LATCH $34 USD Our Gate Latches are built using a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel. They are then finished in a durable black powder coat finish. These Latches are the built to complement our stall gates. Clients can also use these latches for other uses including existing sliding horse stalls, paddock gates, and other equine gate products. BLANKET BAR $45 USD | $60 USD Our blanket bars are a must in every barn. Each blanket bar is handcrafted to ensure your blankets are in great condition after each workout. Our blanket bars are designed to be 38” wide and provide 6” of depth to make sure you have ample space to hang multiple blankets. Our clients mount these blanket bars to their stall fronts, in the aisle, and even in their tack room wall. Available in two (2) round tube diameters including 1.3" and 1.9" diameters.

STALL FEEDERS Pricing Varies Horse Stall Feeders are often paired with our automatic waterers to make for a functional horse stall. We offer Nelson Feeders in both the 400 Series and 500 Series. Each feeders system includes stainless feed bowls and housing. It includes mindful design that features round, smooth edges. Similar to Waterers, all Feeders are available to mount on stall walls and swing-out feeder doors. Lastly, all Feeders are easy to clean with a feed retention lip on the top cover casting to minimize feed waste. Feeders are easy to install as they are preassembled and ready to bolt on wall. All feeding systems include a limited 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
