Demonstrations & Entertainment 1 MAIN BUILDING National Veg Society – Welsh Branch Show 10am–5pm Enjoy the spectacle of one of Britain’s great horticultural traditions and get inspired to grow your own masterpieces. Foraging for Families 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm, 3.30pm Teach the kids to safely identify edible plants in the hedgerows on our fun, free guided tours. Places limited – register at information desk on arrival.

Come and meet the St Fagans beekeepers and find out. Have a Go at Milking our Milky Cows 10am–5pm Llwyn-yr-eos Farmhouse 11am–1pm / 2pm–4pm Traditional cooking demonstrations. Drawing Workshop 10am–5pm What is your favourite food? What will we eat in the future? Should we eat less meat? Get stuck in and draw a food-based artwork or write your food slogan! Suitable for all ages – no unaccompanied children.

The Safe Foundation 10am–5pm Workshops, interactive games and VR experiences focusing on health and wellbeing, cultural diversity, sustainability and responsible consumerism. There will also be a pop-up Ethical Boutique and face painting area. Growing The Future – Gardening Activities & Plant Sale 10am–5pm Make a paper pot and plant seeds to take home and grow.
