A portable zoom studio created with PLASMIX recycled plastics. The device charges phones, has a lighting feature to illuminate the users face with diffused amber lighting, mute button, speaker and a retractable cord. The telescoping topper enables the user to customize the angle for which the phone sits and can accomodate devices up to 18cm tall, therefore the device can accomidate a variety of phone and device sizes. Inspired by a glacier to bring attention to the melting glacier caps and importance of recycled plastics.
The project was limited to plasmix, however, if created in a real life setting, I would sub out the topper with a plastic known for more illumination and would design the topper to illuminate the entire front side for a more diffused light setting.
