Night patrol On night patrol with the Somali Police Force (SPF) and AMISOM Formed Police Units (FPU) conducting patrols and snap vehicle checkpoints in the Somali capital Mogadishu. Security has steadily and significantly improved in Somalia’s main city over the last year as stability has gradually returned following the withdrawal of the Al-Qaeda-allied extremist group Al Shabaab 18 months ago.
