The singer Francisco is in court over dealings with the property developer Ballester .In 2004 Francisco acquired a Maseratti car valued at 80,000 euros from Ballester on the understanding that he would pay the developer through commissions earned fro house sales . There were no payments made after two years and a new contract was drawn up where he owed Ballester 88.000 euros . In his defense the singer says that he had by then sold at least 6 homes in the Altea hills on the Costa Blanca , each of them selling for 400,000 euros . By this time he had sold the original car and a Mercedes in exchange for a Bentley costing 140,000 euros .This has also been sold the court was informed . Francisco told the court that he had a gentlemen´s agreement with Ballester that he would promote his homes amongst his show business friends for a 10% commission .He feels that his debt has been settled with Ballester because of the houses he has sold .He has also offered to return his heavily discounted villa to Ballester for commission .
