Every Wetland Center is a special place for people and nature. However, some Wetland Centers have dedicated extra time and energy, and every year, those who are accredited at least 4 Awards are given the Wetland Center Champions Badge. Wetland Center Champions are considered role models and exemplify a wide-range of best practice for wetland centers.

WETLAND CENTER LEARNING EXCHANGE

Wetland Centers with accredited awards for the year are given funds to choose among any other Wetland Center with an award area of which they would want to qualify for so that they can conduct a learning exchange.

CHAMPIONS

Wetland Champions are given funds to host Wetland Centers who would like to visit their centers to learn best practices from the range of awards they are accredited for.
