Be it known: Whereas We have considered that it is necessary that, in part for the purposes of the functional organisation of the supervision, it is desirable that the constitutional reform should include the replacement of the acts adopting the national ordinances of the Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba public bodies on the supervision of financial enterprises with a general act relating to the supervision of the financial markets tailored to the public bodies, with particular attention to the position of the consumer; We, therefore, having heard the Advisory Division of the Council of State and after joint consultations with the States-General, have approved and decreed as We hereby approve and decree:
CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS § 1.
