BIO.
Ammar Homsi is an award wining architect of an eco-friendly buildings with an extensive professional and practical experience in luxurious spatial environments with wide use of Canadian commercial and residential buildings. During his career, Ammar has been involved in the management of various types of projects such as residential, commercial and office buildings with Arabian Gulf large-scale and infrastructure amenities. Currently, Ammar works in Toronto, Ontario as a senior design technologist at KBK Architects.

IDA Place was designed to incorporate a variety of sustainable solutions while incorporating the preferences of the client and the factors of the location.
This house is designed to offer panoramic views to the pond and wooded land to the East from all main rooms. All bedrooms, living, kitchen, dining, and entertainment areas have visual access to the pond and swimming pool.

The project primarily consists of demolishing of existing reservoir and existing pump station presented at old Salwa RPS, construction of new 30 MIG underground water reservoir, car park, new Pumping Station, new control building, new office building, new Kahramaa O&M building, chlorination building, guard houses and other site works such as landscaping, lagoon, pipeworks and associated chambers.
