Stage V Agriemach article
AGRIEMACH – NOXMASTER – NRMM STAGE V From working with many leading companies across different business sectors, Agriemach have brought to market a range of NRMM certified (& registered) emissions solutions that offer Euro 6 and Stage 5 emissions standard compliance. The NOxMASTER™ NRMM Systems combine a Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) components to filter Particulate Matter (PM), Hydro Carbons (HC) & Carbon Monoxide (CO) and AdBlue™ injection, mixing and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to reduce the harmful NOx. The system reduces up to 95% of NOx and over 99% of PM, HC and CO from the exhaust emissions. We have 3 modular base systems available for small, medium & large power bands, covering a range from 37kW up to 560kW. All systems are accredited by the Energy Savings Trust. ABILITY TO RETROFIT The complex design of each system allows for a compact design to be achieved, making retrofitting on almost any machine type a possibility. For canopied Gen Set applications, we can even install the systems inside. Typical applications • Generator Sets • Crawler Cranes • Piling Rigs • Motor Scrapers • Excavators
COST EFFECTIVENESS Before now, achieving NRMM or Stage V compliance would have meant large capital expense in needing to replace a current asset with a Stage V machine from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM). This is not typically cost-effective. Installing a NOxMASTER™ NRMM emissions system can be done quickly & easily by our engineers and can even be installed on site. Once installed, the lifetime of your asset is extended and will allow for use on projects that were not previously accessible, such as HS2. Emissions regulation compliance is challenging for all asset owners, Agriemach are the market leaders in providing emissions solutions that have been proven in ‘real world’ applications.
