About me
Since i graduated from university of AlAzhar (Faculity of Engineering) with a bachelor degree in Architecture, I have been striving to become professional in all the projects that I participate in, and I work hard to come up with ideas outside the box until I reach my ambition.The professional experience, however short, has taught me skills such as adaptation, fast-learning and creativity, all on a strong teamwork basis. I am a very sociable person, perfectly comfortable in working as part of a multicultural team with people from all backgrounds and cultures who have the widest perspectives, ideas.

01 LiCheng District CBD - Jinan Shandong, China. Client : Jinan municiple people’s government Year

The CBD of Licheng district Heart Masterplan proposes a large scale mixed used development with a total GFA of circa 2412928sqm. Located in the eastern part of Jinan in Shandong, China, the masterplan aims to rejuvenate the area into a precedent mixed use district, fusing commercial, residential, and recreation together. The masterplan consists of mid to high end residential development, retail streets, cultural amenities, green zones, Business area and recreation facilities. With an existing mature traffic network and auxiliary amenity. As an architect in CSCEC i was responsible to manage the project of Licheng District CBD under the direction of the project manager, Firstly we decided that we have five main functions for our CBD area which is business zone, cultural zone, central park, health care zone and residential zone. Business zone contains headquarter offices towers connected to medium rise buildings for the startups and it has a commercial street serving the whole district. The cultural zone has a culture center connected to the central park in the middle of our site also it has a five star hotel with a small commercial center in the southren area. We planned the residential zone to own all the services and to contain enough green spaces to create a livable, walkable community for inhabitants. on the western area we proposed to have the healtyh care zone which contains a national hospital and R&D center specialliezed in drugs and food research. I was also responsible to create the facade design of the business zone. Please note that all the renders have been done by the visualizing team.

The vision for the proposed scheme is to create an iconic landmark R&D Center to drive scientific discovery and knowledge exchange for the 21st century. We conceived the scheme based on the principle of convergence, by joining multidisciplinary knowledge streams to create an interconnected ecosystem of scientific development and innovation. Our focused area divided to 2 kind of Researches, The first one is a trade zone for Food and Drugs researches and the second one is a Platform for animal Researches. Our project was a sequence of design process to create a two R&D clusters, With a team of 2 architects and urban designer i was responsible to come up with the building shapes and facade design taking in consideration to create a public spaces and separating pedestrian network from the vehicles. Also i was responsible to prepare the analysis diagrams such as (design process, design planning and topography analysis). Please note that all the renders was done by visualizing Team.

03 Taihu Square - Wuxi Jiangsu, China. Client : Wuxi Municiple people’s government Year

Our project is settled in Wuxi city which we had to come up with a new vision for renovation taihu plaza and make it more walkable, livable, ecological and modern next to keep the historical image of the city as one of the oldest city in China. I was managing a team of two Architects to renovate Taihu square and come up with a modern shape for this memorable people’s square in wuxi city. my scope was to focus on creating a dynamic composition to be used as a cultural center and connect it to the metro station plaza and desgin the landscape of the entrance. Calidonia is a vibrant civic and cultural community, a well laid out community with sidewalks, trees, parks and a balance between commercial and residential areas. A community where someone can walk and enjoy the sunset. We want a community that,...is an example for Panama of the future. My role in that project was to design the facade upon to the composition which was made by the senior designer and preparing the study for the circulations analysis also i participated in the floors plan’s design. Setup Basic Framework of "City Development Axis"
Based on the dominant wind direction of the city, the position of industrial and living areas is determined. The heavy industry is arranged under the wind direction of the city. The living area is located in the east and the industrial area in the west. In the center of the city, a central axis is planned to serve both wings.

Based on the concept of industry and city integration, the city service center and industrial development center are determined, generating a "T-shaped" axis. From the "T-shaped" public service axis of the city, radiates the whole area.

The project consists of a 200m tall high rise mixed use tower with retail, offices, structured above ground and below ground parking, and residential tower atop a recreation deck. The project offers many services and conveniences, with many amenities. It incorporates eco-friendly design features and smart-home technologies. As an architect with a team of 4 persons we were responsible to transfer the scheme design of DAO Panama tower to technical drawings and make sure the project is acceptable to execute in the site.
