Drew Kniffin What to Do When Vacancy Jumps Drew has a corporate finance and real estate investing career that spans a decade. After finishing graduate school (JD/MBA), Drew was an investment banker. From there, Drew worked at a Fortune 500 company, where he negotiated and implemented Joint Ventures in Asia, Central America, and South America. Drew began his full-time real estate career in 2008. Today, Drew controls 1,500 units a collective valuation of $85+ million.

Jerome Maldonado Why Building Slow and Smart is Better Than Fast Since 1993, Jerome has been a self-employed Entrepreneur. Leasing offices for training centers and sub-leasing desks within his offices delivered a simple concept of understanding how to create cash flow through real estate holdings. He founded J. Jacob Enterprises, Inc, in 2000, which is a Real Estate Development and General contracting company doing business throughout the Southwest region. Anna Myers You Can’t Manage What You Can’t Measure Anna serves as Vice President at Grocapitus, a commercial real estate investment company. Anna is a third-generation commercial real estate entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in technology and business. As the lead underwriter, Anna teaches deal analysis for MultifamilyU. As the asset manager for Grocapitus, Anna brings a data-driven approach to track and insert optimizations to the properties to help drive property performance and investor returns.

Sam Rust How to Build a Strong Relationship with a PM Firm Sam is a managing partner at Life Bridge Capital and full-time investor in commercial real estate. Sam graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a BSBA in Business Management and currently lives in Colorado with his wife and 4 daughters. He has been active in commercial real estate since 2017 and has led the acquisition of a portfolio of properties in Colorado with value in excess of $60 million.
