marketing is a component of internet marketing. But compared to other components like e-commerce, freelancing, info product creation and Search Engine Optimization, it is the easiest way to get started and make money. Especially for those who are new to this whole internet business but will like to learn, earn and eventually build a career from it. By definition, affiliate marketing is whereby you promote other people’s products online and earn your share of commissions when the person buys from what you recommend. They can be digital as in e-books, software, video courses, website templates or Wordpress themes or physical products as in things that people like you and buy every day at physical malls and retail stores 1

They can also be CPA or Cost Per Action whereby you get paid for generating leads for the sales merchants or vendors. Due to the unpredictable nature of the world’s economy, more and more companies especially in US are doing their best to cut down costs without sacrificing the jobs that most people need in order to support themselves, their families and manage their costs of living. So instead of doing the traditional hiring whereby people like you and me have to turn up at work every day physically just to get paid at the end of the month, they created this model whereby everyone can benefit. As long as they do their part in generating sales and leads for the products and services they helped those companies as well as individual merchants to promote. Quite simply, you helped to bridge the gap between the products you promote and prospects looking for those by identifying their needs and wants and recommending based on those. The more people you get to buy what you promote on behalf of the companies, the more money you can potentially make.

as online marketplaces, they are where individual merchants and companies advertise their products and services not just for prospects to buy but for people like you and me to promote and help them make money. By helping them, you are also helping yourself in the long run since every product you recommend and get prospects to buy, the more money you make. Though there are many networks, I recommend just 3 of them for you to get started. You do not have to start promoting all 3 in one shot but if you are really desperate to earn, you may do so though that choice is yours. 4
How Do I Get Started?

Here are my 3 recommendations.
1. Amazon Along with Alibaba, Ali Express and Shopify, Amazon is among the largest and still the major pioneer of selling physical products online. Though the commissions are lower since the warehouse and delivery staff needs to earn as well, the perceived value of what they promote is much higher as most are everyday items. They pay you once every 2 months for every $100 and more you made in commissions.

As in e-books, software, video courses and website templates like html and Wordpress themes. They will pay you by check once you made at least 5 sales totaling to $100 and after which, you have the option of continuing to get paid by check or direct bank deposit. Besides affiliate, you can also promote your own products.

3. Market Health Market Health is one of the major affiliate networks in healthcare products. Here you have the option to either get paid by sale or by lead from promoting over 10,000 health products for men and women. Be it health wellness.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
As I mentioned before, once you got your accounts approved, you can start promoting and make money online.
1. Amazon Upon clicking the Text Link, you should be able to see your Amazon associate or affiliate link. Since Amazon pays 4% commissions for a start, you should go for products costing $100 and more with at least 4-5 star ratings. Then catch a 3-4 ad with the product name, benefits it provides and the link. 7

2. Clickbank For Clickbank, select products with high gravity score of at least 7 and above and commissions of at least 50% of the sales price. Commissions are pretty self-explanatory. But gravity are how many affiliates are promoting that product to date. The more they are, the more popular that product is. But I will not want to promote those that are too competitive so 7-100 score is just nice for me.
3. Market Health
Just pick their top best-selling offers as shown in the diagram and you are good to go.
