square is common connected with the words, “rigid, static and boring�. However, I can see the movement and motion in square due to different arrangement with square.Then, I found interesting fact that many games use square as their visual form. However, they are not fluid. Therefore, I consider combining the game, the meaning of square and the concept of movement in square. As a result, I think of making visual identity, and pictogram of Olympic games in square.

At first, I focused on the word “Conquer�. I found images in sport which has English letters/ Characters. Make the connection between the different sports, their attributes and the paper stocks themselves. I started to cut and bend the papers to make it look like the sport activity and the English letter. It was getting more abstract when I started to do this experiment.

I simplified the action of the letters so that it was easy for me to find the sport activities which match the English letters. Then, I used geometry shape to illustrate the sport activity.

Follow the concept of “typography is a sport”, and make the connection between the sport and their attributes, and the papers. Diving is fluid, elegant and flexible. You can find the letter “O”through the diving sequence. Imitate diving motion in relation to the attributes of the sport and papers in the poster. It feels like the papers are diving as well and trying to give their best performance in the poster.

Hurdling is about speed persistence, and flexibility. You can find the letter “E�while athlete hurdling the fence. It feels like the papers are hurdling as well and trying to conquer the difficulties and make it to the finish line.
title Dracula project
First, I tried to play with texts to illutrate the conflict in the story. However, it is too narrow and pointless to use the word “conflict� to tell conflict in the story of Dracula. Also, I used the same image with different effects which express feeling of the picture. After seeing the picture with different effect, you feel different when you look back to the same picture.

Using squares to build the shape of batman’s logo. The squares are falling apart in relation to the movie poster design in “The Dark Knight Rises”. Also, it is a QR code which you can scan it on your smart phone. When you scan it, you can see exclusive clip of “The Dark Knight Rises”. Scan the legend, let the dark knight rises.

Younger generation forget to contact their family due to busy life This product has two parts: one is for parents; the other one is for kids. When parents go inside the toilet and step on the pad, it will show their health in the mirror. The health details will send right to the kids. Basically, the mirror connects to kids’ cellphone. If kids do not contact their parents for a long time, the mirror will show the family picture which reminds you that it is time to call your family.
