Kyoto Salad
Ingredients:

½ bunch kale, chopped
½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cup edamame beans
½ cup shredded lettuce
½ red bell pepper, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
Crunchy chow mein, as desired
Ginger sesame dressing* to taste

Ingredients:
1 container mixed greens
½ cup lemony tuna salad*
½ cup black olives
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes
Lemon vinaigrette dressing* to taste
