HOW DRYWIRED CAN HELP Implementa@on of a combina@on of our coa@ngs will result in a greater “greener and cleaner” experience for guests, generate major cost savings and compliment any other sustainability projects currently under way.

Energy Efficency: -

Drywired® Liquid Nano1nt™, Roof Protect™ and Smart Paint™ will insulate rooms and building walls crea@ng considerable energy savings. All three products work together crea@ng a complete building insula@on envelope.

Maintenance & Cleaning Solu8ons: -

Our self-cleaning coa@ngs for solar panels, windows and building walls reduce year round cleaning and maintenance costs while saving water. Our SiO2, Plas1c & Metals nanocoa@ng is ideal for keeping high touch surfaces free of surface-pollutants in high traffic environments.

Cleaner Air: -

Our water based LumAc8v coa@ng breaks down indoor and outdoor air pollutants such as tobacco smoke, nitric oxides, carbon monoxide, pathogens, allergens as well as vola@le organic compounds (VOCs) and malodors. Cleaner air in hotel rooms and public resort restrooms will reduce the need for expensive “smoke smell” cleanups and lessen the use of harsh chemical cleaners.

Safer Floors: -

DryWired’s Slip Protect coa@ng prevents accidental falls in hotel bathrooms, wet walkways and near swimming pool areas. The thin, transparent coa@ng will help Crown Resorts minimize slip and fall liabili@es.

INTRODUCING DRYWIRED’S LUMACTIV In 1967, PhD student Akira Fujishima working in a small lab at the University of Tokyo discovered that the anatase form of @tanium dioxide, a common food pigment, decomposes vola@le organic compounds (VOCs) and other air pollutants when exposed to UV light. More than 48 years and over 3,000 academic studies later, scien@sts agree that global air pollu@on can be posi@vely impacted by the widespread applica@on of photo-cataly@c anatase @tanium dioxide coa@ngs. LumAc8v™ Key Points •  Reacts with visible light as well as UV light •  Safe for the environment and for human contact •  Water-based solu@on •  Saves water by breaking down dirt and making surfaces “self-clean” •  Breaks down VOCs, METHANE, BTEX, bacteria, NOx and other airborne pollutants on contact •  Durable, lasts for 10-15 years once applied •  Removal rate for NOx per m2 is approx. 200 cubic meters of air per day. VOCs can be removed at a rate of 60 cubic meters per day* *Source: Lawrence Berkeley Na@onal Labs, 2007 study for California Energy Commission

LumAc8v™- How it Works

Proprietary & Confiden@al

Ti O 2 : H O W I T W O R K S

In the presence of light, the compounds that our coa@ng is capable of decomposing include nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), formaldehyde, benzene, allergens, pathogens, odors and other vola@le organic compounds (VOCs). These pollutants are converted into non-toxic compounds like carbon dioxide, water and nitrates.

T I TA N I U M D I O X I D E P H O T O - C ATA LY S I S Photocataly@c oxida@on had once only been possible under the presence of UV light and now with the chemistry DryWired has to offer, is now reac@ve into the visible light range. The ac@va@on of this reac@on in by visible light is possible through the doping of TiO2 with silver ions. Visible Light

Lux is a unit in which the luminous flux is measured per a unit area. A light intensity of only 100 Lux is required for ac@va@on of our TiO2 coa@ng. The greater the lux the greater the photo-cataly@c reac@vity.
