Harvard Park Pre School Isleworth: February Newsletter 2016 News from the Managers, Nicki and Tracey and Deputy Manager, Natalie:We would like to start by saying how important it is to label all of your child’s belongings. On a daily basis we have 30 children in our care so the chances of children having the same belongings is very high. We have had quite a few items going missing or going home with the wrong child, if they are labelled with their names this will stop happening. We encourage our children to be independent in putting their things away in their bags or with their coats. We have permanent markers available in the office if you do not have one at home, so please take some time to label all of your child’s belongings. We will be closed on FRIDAY 12TH FEBRUARY due to our parent and teacher consultations. Please make an appointment with your keyworker as soon as possible to avoid disappointment if you have a specific time in mind. Attention to all of our funded children: We would like to address an issue about nonattendees and absences. If your child is absent for up to 2 weeks and you have failed to make contact with us, you will receive a letter through the post, making you aware that your child’s place has now been lost. Our government funding and Early Years are very strict about this and these are the rules we have been given and must adhere by. It is great that you are all arriving on time for your sessions however, it is still bitterly cold outside and if you child is waiting for over 15 minutes, it is simply too cold for them.
