If your child is having a graduation photo, please do not put their hair up as the graduation cap will not fit. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.
Health and Safety - No phones in the setting
Please may we remind you that we kindly ask you to not use your phone while you are in the setting. This includes taking phone calls. It is a child protection issue and may we please remind you that taking photos from the window outside is also not allowed.
Health and Safety issue – Requests Please do not bring your child in jewellery such as bracelets or necklaces that have not been agreed in your contracts. We are not responsible for this going missing or if your child takes it off. Due to health and saftey they should not be wearing any form of jewellery unless this has been agreed. As the warmer weather is coming please do not send your child in cros, flip flops or summer sandles – only filled summer shoes. It is a health and safety issue for your child so please do not send your child in these kinds of shoes. Thank You
Our Annual Teddy Bear’s picnic – 20th May and onwards
The week of the 20th we will be having our annual teddy bears picnic so we will be asking all of our parents to bring in a teddy bear from home. We will keep them onsite until the end of the week, unless your child wants to bring in a different teddy each day. Please be aware that this may change weather depending.
Please call if going to be absent, sick or away from the setting for appointments.
Please make sure you are informing us of when your child will be away from the setting. It goes down an unauthorised absence which we keep a track of. If your child is funded by the government please remember that absences longer than 2 weeks must be reported and your funding make stop. Just a text or email will do to tell us why you will not be attending pre-school.
Providing a sealed bag of fruit or vegetables once a week:
Just a little reminder to provide one sealed bag of fruit or vegetables a week as stated in your signed contracts. Thank you to those of you who regularly do this however we are running a little low from everyone else who doesn’t contribute.
A note to all parents whose children are in nappies:
Please can you make sure you are supplying wipes in your child’s bags. We only keep a handful of packs onsite and we are going through them at a ridiculous rate as parents are not supplying wipes. If this continues, we will begin to charge for them as this is something you should be providing on a sessional basis.
