What’s Compression? Why Compression Heart is the engine when we are excursing, core of our circulation. While some of our muscle groups like thigh and calf is far away from heart So compression tight is like a pump from our leg, with progressive pressure push blood from ankle back to heart, flowing up the circulation. The amount of flow is how we deal with those lactic acid and metabolites, and recharge our thigh and calf with blood full of oxygen and energy. Meanwhile, those spandex help stabilize those muscle groups, reduce energy exhausting vibrations, help with our exercising efficiency and lessen cramps.
