The Lourdes Square design was the result of the Final year project and was the proposal of urban equipment requalification in Viรงosa, with a gender perspective. The urban space is the result of the people appropriation, who establish social relations of power and hierarchy there. Since our society is hierarchical and patriarchal, this is also reflected in the urban space. Segregation by gender is also perceived, where spaces for women and men are observed, due to the gender distinction, each one has a role in society. Thus, this work aims to study a urbanism with gender perspective in the city of Viรงosa.
ISOMETRIC PERSPECTIVE
P. 1
The area chosen for the study was the Lourdes neighborhood, according to Census data (2013), it was the planning region with the highest percentage of women, 59% of the total. The place chosen for the intervention area is the current Sports Association of Viçosa (AEV). The area of 12,550 m² already has courts, swimming pool, gym and sports area and green area, and is for use by the entire population. The AEV has an already consolidated infrastructure, however with a very poor quality. The pools are disabled, the gym needs to be adjusted to current standards, the furniture is outdated, and the place has no accessibility.

FLEXIBILITY More oppressed groups tend to be located on the periphery of the functional areas, so there must be locatable furniture, so the appropriation of space is gradual. Flexible areas are primordial because they are commonly used by these groups.
VISIBILITY The central points of the project, the Neighbourhood Women’s Association, and the CafÊ are then located in the visual focus, bringing greater security and visibility to space, and are also proposed as a meeting place. The court is also located in this area

In October 2017, through a contest held for proposals of the new Parklet Concept of the brand ‘Soul Urbanism’, the proposal of the Soul Parklet was in 1st place. Among the needs of the project, it was requested that it be something that would transcend the concept of the Company, and so that it could be modulated and built in bulk, with some customization options, to leave a Parklet with low cost but with potential of identity for each one.
The Soul Parklet is an invitation to a different experience from the everyday, an environment that stimulates and values the interaction between people, in a playful, creative and fun way, so that the routine becomes much more pleasant. The structure of the pergola is modulated according to the mobile seats, with dimensions of 45x45cm. It is hollow in intention of produce a set of light and shade, and with the use of lighting, reflect the colors of each cube of the pergola. P. 6

PITAN GA
R E STAU RA NT
The vegetarian restaurant Pitanga emerged from the desire of the integration between nature and consumer. As well as in the sustainability of the building, seeking environmental awareness, as in the proximity to the food supply, represented by the garden. Pitanga is a fruit from the region. The structure is composed of glued laminated timber frames, chosen for being a renewable material. In addition to providing flexibility, ensuring that the building can have other uses or even be disassembled. The idea of bringing the garden to the backyard of the restaurant is to combine the concepts of sustainability and conscious eating, participating in the whole process of food until the same reaches the plate.

In 2015, the Design Contest 009, by PROJETAR had as its theme a Bridge, to be built in Florianópolis, capital of the Brazilian state Santa Catarina, an alternative to connect the island to the mainland. The Park-Bridge Project aims to create a space for pedestrians and cyclists, stimulating the use of public transport in accordance with PLAMUS. In order to favour cyclists and pedestrians, the strategy of raising the park was used, proposing an area where the multidirectional views were not interrupted by the vehicles, in order to create a space that has the human scale and it’s protected from heavy traffic. Since the Hercílio Luz bridge is an icon set in the local collective memory, it was proposed that the Park Bridge did not interrupt the existing landscape, having its location and scale defined with the intention of interfering as little as possible in the visions for the Bridge Hercílio Luz.
