“There’s a way it’s always done, and there’s a way it should be done”

library

HOBOKEN, NJ

2014

New Jersey library was a unique space where the client wanted... “library for my family but I also want to host guests in the space

This is the most unique room in the house and I had the pleasure of designing it. She wanted it to also be a gallery space so we added scuptural designs & art.

zucchero

MIAMI, FL

Zucchero’s design was one of my favorites and after construction, it looked just like we designed it. Unfortunately the restaurant is no longer in business.

“We should use materials that convey the ingredients/items used in dining and cooking”

I love the amount of carpentry & details we designed for this restaurant!

This gorgeous apartment came with all the best fixtures and finishes. The new design highlighted the architecture while being distinct on it’s own.

“Our previous designer just did a traditional design and we want something that’s more ‘us’!”

They’re an international couple, she is from New Zealand and he is from Brazil, and they wanted their daughter to grow up in a home that was both fun and multifunctional. It was fun that she wasn’t afraid from pattern, color and texture, must have a lot to do with her travels while working the U.N. This project will be completed early Fall 2015.

UPPER EASTSIDE, NY

Pied-à-terre which can transition to fulltime home.

“We want to work with you, you understand what we want and we trust you” I designed a clean palette and soft colorways with a touch of pattern and textures.

The couple wanted to dip their feet into the idea of moving back to NYC after many years of living in Westchester and raising a family. I worked on a transition design that considered their plans to move to a much larger apartment in NYC.

“Our patients are going through a draining process and I want them to be as comfortable as possible, give them the ‘spa’ feel”

K-spa’s, also known as Kidney Spa, was meant to make the client’s patients feel as comfortable as possible. The room did not have the feel of a place where dyalis procedures took place. The serene design was meant to transport patients into a more relaxing space.

We were able to realize this concept with the design of the dyalis center and office, below.

WILLIAMSBURG, BK

“I want a little bit of California here in Brooklyn

Cali couple moved to Brooklyn fulltime after many years of going back and forth. I used colors and textures to give their abode in Williamsburg a little bit of Cali.
