Spiritual Recognition Through Nature By Ana Flor
Introduction
What is spirituality? Spirituality is a broad concept with room for many perspectives. In general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. As such, it is a universal human experience—something that touches us all. Spiritual well-being is defined as an "ability to experience and integrate meaning and purpose in life through a person's connectedness with self, others art, music, literature, nature, or a power greater than oneself."
Requirements • Be in touch with the representation of the four elements of nature • Create harmony between nature and modern materials
• Place to site down (chair, pillows and rugs) • Place to meditate alone (light White drapes to close in a space)
• Two passages, no compulsory entry • Respect the existente nature (two trees) • No bathrooms needed, as the park already offers one
Nature and its importance to Spiritual Recognition Spirits confirm that the positive energy we soak up while spending time outdoors is one of the most effective ways to clear out the negative stuff and re-charge a spiritual connection.
Nature will quiet your mind, open your heart and invite ease into your body. You’ll feel the living connection with life all around you, giving you the capacity to open up to something that's much bigger than yourself. Through nature you’ll transform, awaken and heal, and even get a boost in creativity, health and quality of life. That being said, the location is perfect since people already go there to take care of their physical bodies or to have a good moment with Family... The only thing missing in the chosen location is a place for mental connection, where people can meditate quietly or in groups.
The importance of Four Elements The aim in this Project is to try to interpret and incorporate the four elements of nature. The symbols of four elements, and the relationships they represent have been used to bolster and enhance personal environments throughout history. Most cultures have a deep reverence and respect for the elements of the world and recognize using them, they can bring those energies back into balance within their homes and surroundings.
How each element will be represented • Air: will be represented by • Fire: will be represented by • Water: will be represented • Earth: will be represented wind chimes, that as the the red Hibiscus Rosa by an artificial waterfall by wood, not only refering wind blows, will make Sinensis, a flower easily and an artificial pond to color, but to that sounds grown in Brazil mothernature feeling
