Youth Volleyball Clinic

Our program will emphasize the basic volleyball fundamentals of bumping, setting, and serving. Clinics will also include scrimmages to teach team unity, sportsmanship, and the understanding of game concepts. Instructor: East Anaheim Gym Staff.

Youth Volleyball League

An exciting and supportive league for beginning to intermediate level volleyball players! This coed league focuses on fundamental skills and team concepts. League is nine weeks long including seven games played on Saturdays. Each player will receive a program T-shirt and a participation award. Instructor: East Anaheim Gym Staff. Practice

Days: Monday (4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm), Tuesday (4-5pm or 5-6pm), or Friday (4-5pm, 5-6pm, 6-7pm). Participants will be assigned a team that will hold one practice per week during one of the times listed. Practice times and days are subject to change.

Practices: Begin Week of September 11

Games: Begin Saturday, September 30 between 11am - 6:00pm.

Youth Basketball Clinic

Our program will emphasize the basic basketball fundamentals of passing, dribbling, and shooting. Clinics will also include scrimmages to teach team unity, sportsmanship, and the understanding of game concepts . Clinics will vary based on age and skill level of participants. Winter Basketball League for youth ages 6-14. Practice begins in January with games in early February. For sign up and player evaluation information follow us @anaheimplays.

Tumble-N-Kids

Tumblers and parents will participate in circle time, obstacle courses, dance to songs, tumble, roll, jump, balance, and parachute activities! Parent-participation required. A $2 material fee for stickers, awards, and coloring sheets is payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Instructor: Tumble-N-Kids Staff. No class 11/26, 11/22.

Junior Olympians

Beginning gymnasts are taught fundamental movements and skills through simple directions and fun activity stations. Parent-participation may be required. Kartwheel-N-Kids

Let’s turn up the music and learn gymnastics skills including cartwheels, rolls, jumps, handstands, and more. Our progressive skill level instruction creates confidence and success. A $2 material fee for stickers, awards, and coloring sheets is payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Instructor: Tumble-N-Kids Staff. No class 11/22.

Floor Tumbling, Strength and Conditioning

All levels welcome! Aspiring gymnasts and cheerleaders learn skills on floor tumbling. Fine tune cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, walkovers, handspring drills, splits and more! Emphasis on conditioning to build strength and flexibility in a fun, positive atmosphere. $2 supply fee payable to instructor first day of class. Cheernastics

All levels welcome! Need to learn tumbling skills? Need to learn cheer skills? This is the class for you. A great combination of cheer and gymnastics in a lively, fun, positive atmosphere. Stunts, jumps, cheers and arm motions along with tumbling skills including cartwheels, round offs, walk overs back hand springs and routines are taught. $2 material fee is payable to the instructor the first day of class. In this course, your little one will have fun learning basic basketball skills. Participants meet once a week to learn sportsmanship in a non-competitive atmosphere. All equipment is age-appropriate. Parent participation is required. Instructor: Anaheim Family YMCA Staff.
