the Library

The Anaheim Public Library Foundation, Friends of the Anaheim Public Library, and Friends of the Canyon Hills Library (FOCAL), fund Library programs for children, teens and adults. Their support allows the Library to maintain core areas of service to the public, from cultural programs to free eBooks. Their help funds special educational initiatives that improve the lives of the community.

Book Sales

Proceeds from the Friends of the Anaheim Public Library book sales support the children's book collection and engaging programs like the Summer and Winter Reading Program.

Donations

Donations fund the purchasing of books, program materials and equpiment as well as furnishings. They also support events such as AnaCon and O.C. Zine Fest.

Membership

Contribute to the enrichment of Anaheim Public Library and its services. Members volunteer to coordinate annual fundraisers, book sales, and much more!

CONGREGATE LUNCH PROGRAM

Lunch Café serving hot meals on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays starting at 11:00 a.m. weekly. Lunches served meet the federal nutritional guidelines. The Lunch Café is open to anyone 60 or older. There is a suggested donation of $3.00, but everyone is welcome, even is a donation is not possible. Guests under 60 can enjoy lunch for $5.00. Social activities are part of the program including dancing to a live band on most Thursdays. Located at Brookhurst Community Center, 2271 W. Crescent Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801.
