INTERPRETIVE CENTER Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 4 pm Oak Canyon Nature Center is a 58-acre natural park nestled in Anaheim Hills. With a year-round stream, miles of hiking trails, and an interpretive center, we provide the ideal location for your next nature walk and offer a variety of seasonal programming for the whole family to enjoy. Make sure to stop inside the John J. Collier Interpretive Center to see some of our animal ambassadors, as well as exhibits featuring local ecology and natural history. The Nature Center is perfect for those who are just stepping into wilderness for the first time or for those experienced trekkers who are looking to enjoy one of Anaheim’s hidden gems.

Beginner Archery

Do you know how to shoot a bullseye? Join us for open range archery and we will teach you the basic skills needed to point, aim, and shoot an arrow. We will cover the correct way to draw a bow and talk about range safety. All equipment is provided. Ages 10 and up

WILDERNESS CAMPLVVURS I A

We’re excited to offer five weeks of wilderness fun for your pre-teen this year! Learn the fundamentals of surviving in the wilderness in this adventurous camp designed for teens ages 12-14. Campers will learn how to build shelters, hone their archery skills, and learn basic first-aid in these themed weeks of survival fun! Participants must bring their bottle of water, snack, and lunch.

Actvities will include an “Egg”cellent Egg Hunt, crafts, games, encounters with animal friends, and a photo opportunity with Mr. Bunny! Don’t miss out on this “hopping” good time!

Additionally, our Eco-faire will have fun activities with tips on how reduce, reuse, and recycle to help protect our environment. Children are asked to bring their own basket or container for the egg hunt.. Ages 3-11
