Recommend minor changes I believe will improve the “Creating a post experience.

What is Craigslist? It’s a free app for browsing and posting around you. You can post from appliances to jobs/services, etc. No ads included.

Research goals Research objective(s): Determine if users can sell/post their items easily. Determine if users have a user friendly experience while posting items to sell. Research questions: Can they identify where to start selling stuff? How easy is to start it? Are there any issues in the “ad creation flow? Can they add more items easily?

Competitive analysis vs It’s also a free app for browsing and posting around you. You can post physical objects. Ads included.

Interviews Easy to use Fast Free Access to many people “I like the feeling of getting money for something I no longer use

Issues with delivery Not 100% anonymous

I asked users to show me how do they post something in CL

Affinity diagram

Overall it’s easy to post an item, but too many steps to do it

It is easy but too many options, questions and steps to finish

RECOMENDATION: Reduce number of screens.

Area and subarea are divided in two screens

RECOMENDATION: Include “Subarea” screen into the “Account & location” screen

Default info has to be filled in every post

RECOMENDATION: Turn contact info (name, address, location, phone number, language, postal code) into a default info in settings.

Colors and graphics are not consistent through the experience

RECOMENDATION: Unify colors and visual content
