Discontent spilled on the streets of Mexico, Hong Kong, Taiwan Venezuela, India, and the US this year. But many injustices did not have witnesses or candle light marches. The State takes away rights to one’s land, its resources, faith and education with one hand, while taking selfies with the other. It’s been a season of disquiet and silence like no other.
