MUSEUM ULLEN SENTALU (MUSè) COURSE

Final Project of the Undergraduate Program. PROJECT Museum Ullen Sentalu–Identity and Application System. PROJECT INFO Museum Ullen Sentalu is a private museum which is located at Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This place was initiated by Haryono family since 1994, conserving about Keraton (Javanese Palace) life, specialy about the princesses and how they have created arts and cultures. This museum has a great reputation among the people and quite famous among the international tourists. But, the major problem was ‘Ullen Sentalu’ name was hard to be remembered and spelled by people, even by the Indonesian, so the owner decided to introduce the museum by ‘MUSè.’ The design solution for this problem was to create a design which is more acceptable by international, modern but still having the ethnic of Java look. APPLICATION USAGE • Stationary set (envelopes, business cards, letterhead). • Transportation (staff car, minibus). • Staff uniforms (name tags, tie, polo shirt). • Signage and others (ticket, object caption). • Some Museum Store applications (shopping bag, cashier table, price tag, packaging, souvenirs). • Promotion items (brochure, flier, newspaper ad, magazine ad, website, banner).

The goal of this design was to create a design which looks appetizing, affordable and warm. Package graphic 1 (Academy of Art University) PROJECT Chocolove–Retail Brand, Packaging and Application System. PROJECT INFO Chocolove was founded by Timothy Moley in 1995, started as the classic entrepreneur story—a dream, a garage, extended credit card debt and loans from friends and family. With its visionary chocolatier, and a solid concept, Chocolove became, and continues to be, a pioneer in the chocolate industry. The idea of a career in chocolate inspired him and an idea began to form—to create a premium chocolate bar, paired with the romance of love. So, the objective of this project was to create a new look for Chocolove which are more simple, bold, fresh. APPLICATION USAGE • Two sets of packaging, 3.5 oz (three different flavors each). • A shipper box.

LITE DETERGENT COURSE

Package graphic (University of Pelita Harapan) PROJECT Lite–Retail Brand, Packaging and Application System. PROJECT INFO The task was designing a detergent packaging named ‘Lite,’ an eco friendly detergent which has four different sizes and structures (students were not allowed to change the structure). This brand is not exist in real life, just made by my tutor. The typoraphy for the ‘Lite’ brand was specially designed for this product.

Package graphic (University of Pelita Harapan) PROJECT Poppin Time–Retail Brand, Packaging and Application System. PROJECT INFO The brand, ‘Poppin Time’ was actually taken from the famous ‘Jolly Time’ Popcorn, this brand was only created for the class simulation. The task was designing the package for the four different flavours. (The students were not allowed to change the structure of the package). APPLICATION USAGE • A series of packaging box, 3.99 gr.

ZEITLOS COURSE
1
Typography 3 PROJECT Designing a new typeface. PROJECT INFO Zeitlos a typeface which was designed for the typography class level 3. The name, ‘Zeitlos’ was taken from German which means timeless. The font was the combination between ‘Trajan Pro ‘ Regular and ‘Myriad Pro’ Regular. The concept was to create a typeface which has modern look but also have the traditional side. That’s why I created a semi-serif font. For this project, I had to make the main poster, booklet, and examples of application. The applications that I made were a logo, chef hat, mini book about top chef of the world, name tag for crews, name tag for contestants, poster, flyer, envelope, letterhead, goodie bag, t-shirt, and *green pan label. That’s all for an event called **‘Asian Gourmet Competition.’ APPLICATION USAGE • Typeface poster • Typeface booklet
