EQUIPMENT CMG utilizes state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment for the production of exceptional quality products - both high and low volume runs.

All our formulas are mixed in modern stainless steel mixers capable of both hot and cold mixing processes, which can accommodate a vast array of formulations, viscosities and particle sizes.

EQUIPMENT Vacuum Production The applied method for highly sophisticated emulsions, is both under vacuum, and ‘hot-in-hot phases’ using steam for accelerated batch sequences.

Creams and emulsion are manufactured under high vacuum with the same kind of equipment as those used in the pharmaceutical industry. The vacuum process guarantee’s optimum homogeneity of the formulations, as well as significant reduction of preservatives since the bulk product is nearly airless.

Filling in Jars and Bottles Your products can be filled and sealed in almost any type of jar, bottle or tube, ranging from 2 ml to 1000 ml, and for nearly all viscosities and for all quantities you may require.

EQUIPMENT Filling and Sealing of Ampoules Our specialty! Ampoules can be the cure for a variety of skin problems, and a valuable asset in every skin care regime.

The advantage is clear. Ampoules’ comparatively cheap packaging, is a proven and tested packaging method used in the pharmaceutical industry, therefore the supply is according to mandatory standards. Only a minimum of preservatives are needed to stabilize the valuable extracts. They are safe in use and boast a long shelf life.
