Advanced Sensor Control

It is an effective automatic system which detects any smell, smoke or gas that may be present with heat and steam in the kitchen, by activating and adjusting the cooker hood in order to ﬁltrate or eliminate them. Very handy for automatism lovers, the system may be disconnected at any time by the user, returning the hood to the traditional manual control.

Energy Saving Product

The hoods using the innovative three-phase motors technology, developed in co-operation with Elektromec – company part of BEST Group - allow an average 55% energy save in comparison with hoods featuring traditional motors.

Best Silence Tech

Research in the ﬁeld of motors, ﬂuid dynamics and acoustics helped Best produce hoods with particularly low levels of noise, hardly detectable at low speeds, still providing aspiration effectiveness and extremely high levels of air. Best hoods featuring this kind of technology are among the most silent ones available today on the market.

LED Technology

State-of-the-art lighting systems feature LED technology (light emitting diodes), with main features being extremely low energy consumption (3 watts per LED) and a basically unlimited lifespan (over 40.000 hours!). Several BEST models rely on such technology for both its technological features and for its particularly small dimensions, which allow new aestethic solutions.

Perimeter Aspiration

Perimeter aspiration is a mechanical system whereby smoke, steam and smell coming from the cooking hob are forced to go through aspiration sections placed along the perimeter of the hood, therefore producing a pleasant aesthetic effect also in the lower part of the hood, by hiding fat ďŹ lters, and still maintaining an highly effective aspiration.

Timer

Available on several models equipped with electronic control, it allows the user to turn it off automatically after 5 minutes of functioning. Aspiration speeds are adjustable for maximum com fort. Hood will turn off once the environment has been effectively cleaned.

Standard or Back Aspiration

During installation this technology allows the positioning of the air outlet in two modes: Standard Aspiration, the air outlet is located in the upper part of the hood in ďŹ ltering or aspiration mode, the latter with the use of a visible aesthetic tube; Back Aspiration, the air outlet only in aspiration mode, is located in the back part of the hood in the same opening in the wall for fume extraction, without the use of aesthetic tubes.

Remote control is nowadays an indispensable accessory in any house. BEST remote control boasts technology and design, it is manufactured in shining steel and allows the user to control fully and remotely the several functions of the hood.

RANGE HOODS One of the most important appliances in the kitchen is the range hood. It removes airborne grease, takes care of steam and odors, and makes the cooking process much more comfortable. This type of range hood is completely or partially concealed inside the cabinet, with only a minimal portion of the hood being noticeable. The range hoods are designed to completely disappear into the cabinet, and include a remote control for the ultimate convenience.

Electronic Control

The Electronic control is used on several models of Malloca’s hood, being easy to use and with a modern design. It is integrated seamlessly into the aesthetics of the hood and allows you to set the speed, lighting, timer and some other functions.

Lighting

In Malloca we make a special emphasis on providing optimum illumination on the cooking area so that it is not required any addition light source.

Airﬂow

Maximum airﬂow is 850 m3/h, allowing you to keep your kitchen free of odor and fume.

Touch control

The touch control panel allows you to select the extraction speed, lighting and timer. It is stylish control panel in complete harmony with the hood.

Aluminum Filter

Aluminum ﬁlter absorb any trace of grease and odor in the air. The ﬁlters are washable and very easy to clean.

Carbon Filter

Carbon ﬁlter for re-circulation come in very hand without the need of a chimney connection.

Silent

You will get the hood with the most silent engine with values of < 59dB.

COOKING HOBS Malloca offers of induction hobs which are a great way of shortening cooking times, exactly controlling temperatures and minimizing energy consumption. Energy efďŹ ciency is maximised as induction hobs only heat up the base of the pan and not the rest of the surface area, which stays cool. All Malloca induction hobs feature the Schott Ceran (Eurokera) glass-ceramic surface. This ceramic glass offers excellent heat resistance as well as being easy to maintain: any splashes or spillages will not burn onto the hob top and can be easily wiped away. The cooking surface itself remains relatively cool; however, temperatures up to 500oC can be reached. Radiant kitchen varied with a Schott Ceran (Eurokera) hob saves energy while cooking, as well as, so attractive, elegant and extremely easy to clean. The red-glowing cooking zone are typical of this technology, radiant heat and warming the vessel on this hobs.

Timer

All cooking zones can use each of the two time functions at the same time such as automatic shut off after the elapsed time.

Safety Lock

This safety feature can be activated to prevent any changes or interruptions to your cooking which has been selected. This safety lock feature allows you to lock the controls to prevent children from activating the cook-top.

Highlight

Highlight cooking areas on cooktops reach maximum heat in few seconds, with heat evenly distributed across the whole cooking zone.

Easy to Clean

Clean the hobs with no fuss. Simple remove the pan supports for efďŹ cient cleaning.

Warning lights

There is a residual heat indicator for each zone, showing LED “H” sight, when the zones are above 60 degrees as warning.

Induction hobs and Radiant hobs are using “Eurokera” ceramic glass and German “E.G.O” heating systems.

Pan Size Recognition

The cooking zone only heats up when a ferromagnetic pan is placed on it (pan recognition). The size of the pan is recognised within the printed area of the cooking zone. If the pan is removed from the cooking zone, the cooking zone immediately stops working.

The burners are offered multi-choices from the small Domino hobs to 2, 3 burner and even 5 burner-models. The gas hob gives you a huge number of optional to choose.

All gas hobs feature ﬂame failure device, which cut-off the supply of gas to the individual burner.

Timer function

Malloca gas hob allows timer function for burners. This allows you to take advantage of the lower gas rates. The countdown timer can be set for up to 120 minutes. The timer can be set and the hob will switch off automatically when completed.

Pan Support

All Malloca gas hobs are pan supports to hold your pan over the ďŹ&#x201A;ame. They tend to be removable foe cleaning, and are available in different types.
