The wooden buildings with exposed wood constructions carry the cantilevered balconies that are designed to enhance the feeling of a city environment. The park is designed with strong inspiration in the Norwegian wild nature that surrounds Hamar and Mjøsa. Inside the park, modern facilities like utility gardens, greenhouses and common functions are placed and will help create a community for area residents. - Software I used: Rhinoceros, Autocad, Illustrator, Photoshop.
There is sense of human scale that ensures that the block building relates to the smaller gable houses in the park. The corten steel has been introduced with a clear reference in industrial historyand the buildings are proposed to be constructed of prefabricated cross-laminated wood.

BUDAPEST WATER GARDENS, Hungary - Type: International competition won. - Launch: January 2019. - Team: Ulrik Raysse, Casper Lindskog, Sarah Hunter and Brigitta Guliwas. - Assignment: The approach for this project was based on dividing the plot in the most flexible way through three separated and different office buildings, allowing a internal landscape with natural lakes that would create a suitable microclimate. The buildings are surrounded by a canopy above the 1st floor, which is accessible so that workers here can use and also provides sun protection. The canopy also creates a human-scale and providing a connection between public spaces, commercial areas and private interiors of the buildings. The facade design intends to be contemporary, where the light vertical elements are inspired by the Scandinavian forests creating a white metal and glass facade. - Software I used: Rhinoceros, Autocad, Illustrator, Photoshop.
8
The idea was always to connect the project with the inmediate surroundings improving the access to the metro as well as attracting the people towards the inner landscape through the openings in ground floor. The canopy and the wooden podium create a public environment not only for workers but open for the entire city.

Today is part of the new business district that will shape the future of city of Riga. ARROW gave a vision of industrial heavy structures with light office skyscraper volumes on top. Masterplan was split between different teams to develop specific buildings, having ARROW as lead designer of the Riga Business Center (RBC). Phase one of the masterplan will consist of 3 buildings: business center, hotel (designed by KSP) and multifunctional building (designed by Arhis Arhitekti). RBC will contain 25000 m2 of office space, coworking and a food court in between RBC and the multifunctional building (parking, retail and sports facilities). - Software I used: Rhinoceros, Autocad, Revit, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Powerpoint.
RBC follows an industrial aesthetics based on a heavy external steel structure volume and a light element of glazing on top. Intermediate part emphasizes the separation of coworking areas and traditional office. It is defined as an horizontal skyscraper that is related with the car scale and defines a facade for the whole complex..

We always have kept in mind the importance of the transparency in such a long building, having solid core in both sides and in between transparents spaces such as heads or middle atrium. Another important decision in the design has been the incorporation of the space for the machines in the roof as an integrated system that feeds the entire building.

Model making in 1:1000 was extremely important in this project because it was going to be preseted in Moscow among other competitors and we had to think about a way to transport in there.. We used Autocad for generating the buildings so later could be cutted with a laser. It required many test of materials and the possibility of being assembled in Moscow by parts.

A metropolitan park for the city has always been a dream in a dense city of concrete. The olympic games of 2004 only condemned this territory even more and the economical crisis of 2007 hitted hard in this country.
