Meet NYT Bestselling Author Karen White
New York Times Bestselling author Karen White will be at the Anderson Main Library on Sunday, November 3 at 3:00 pm as part of her tour for her latest book, The Christmas Spirits on Tradd Street. This is the sixth installment of Karen White’s beloved Tradd Street series and copies will be available for purchase and signing at this free event. Masterfully blending women’s fiction, romance, mystery, and historical fiction, the Tradd Street series features the witty and quirky psychic Melanie investigating the hidden secrets of Charleston, S.C. and its long dead residents. In The Christmas Spirits on Tradd Street, Melanie’s historic home is filled with a festive Christmas atmosphere, but heavy rains uncover a centuries-old cistern in the backyard, bringing new ghosts looking to right past wrongs. With almost two million books in print in fifteen different languages, Karen White is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of over 20 novels. Raised in
a house full of brothers, Karen’s love of books and strong female characters first began in the third grade when the local librarian issued her a library card and placed The Secret of the Old Clock, a Nancy Drew Mystery, in her hands. Karen’s roots run deep in the South where many of her novels are set. Her intricate plot lines and compelling characters charm and captivate readers with just the right mix of family drama, mystery, intrigue and romance. On Sunday, November 3 at 3:00 pm at the Anderson Main Library, Karen White will discuss her newest book, share stories, and be available for questions. Copies of The Christmas Spirits on Tradd Street will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of fiction addiction. If you are unable to make the event and would like to purchase a signed copy of the book, or if you have other questions about this event, please contact Brianna at (864) 260-4500 x107 or bmcdonell@andersonlibrary.org.
