More Spooky Fun Children and families can make “ghostly” walking feet with the Grab-and-Go cra� kit available at all library loca�ons beginning October 1. Stop by your local library to pick up the kit you'll need to make this fun cra� while supplies last. Look for a quick tutorial video on the Library’s Facebook and Youtube channel. Adults can make a Mason Jar Spookerarium with the Crea�ve Cra�ers Take & Make. Limited kits available October 1. Request a kit by emailing adultprograms@andersonlibrary.org. Look for a tutorial video premiering on Facebook on Oct 12.

Masks and social distancing are strongly encouraged in the libraries. The CDC and SC DHEC recommend all individuals, including those who are fully vaccinated, wear masks when indoors and in public se�ngs in areas with substan�al and high transmission. Looking for something local to read? The Library is celebra�ng local and independent authors on Saturday, December 4 virtually across social media for Indie Author Day. We’ll highlight regional authors and share how you can purchase their newest book or check it out from the library. If you’re looking for more regional authors, browse the Local Author Collec�on at the Anderson Main Library, too.
