“From day one, we focused our attention on what makes Frost Creek different from other clubs. We have a world-class Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course, but great golf is implied,” says Mike Gibbs, President and General Manager of Frost Creek. To complement the Weiskopf-designed golf course, the 40,000 square foot clubhouse, pool, tennis and sport courts, Frost Creek began adding amenities endemic to living and recreating in the Rocky Mountains. With more than 10 ponds on site, the club bought several stand up paddle boards (SUP) and designated a specific pond on site for their use. The “swimming pond” was then outfitted with a deck, gazebo, and floating swimming platform. Adding a “beach” was the final touch. SUP yoga classes are a regular part of the summer programming and have become extremely popular with the members.
