Vail Valley Premier Golf Courses
FROST CREEK
Eagle, Colorado
“From day one, we focused our attention on what Frost Creek different from other clubs. We have a world-class Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course, but great golf is implied,” says Mike Gibbs, President and General Manager of Frost Creek.
To complement the Weikopf-designed golf course, the 40,000 sqaure foot clubhouse, pool, tennis and sport courts, Frost Creek began adding amenities endemic to living and recreating in the Rocky Mountains. With more than 10 ponds on site, the club brought several stand up paddleboards (SUP) and designated a specific pond on site for their use. The “swimming pond” was then outfitted with a deck, gazebo, and floating swimming platform. Adding a “beach” was the final touch. SUP yoga classes are a regular part of the summer programming and have become extremely popular with the members.

Frost Creek also has exceptional fishing for all skill levels and disciplines with fishing rod and tackle available for use. Five stocked fishing ponds (three of which are fly fishing only) provide a fun and un-intimidating way for children and rookies to learn the craft and for experienced anglers to hone their skills.

“glamping” or glamour camping. If that’s not enough to keep members busy, bocce ball, croquet, slacklining and electric fat bikes are also available.
For National Members who do not own real estate at Frost Creek or their guests, the ability to “stay and play” is made easy with Frost Creek’s 10 onsite member cabins and two luxury yurts made available for rent year-round and are large enough to accommodate large or extended families.
“When we first came up to check it out, I knew I wanted to join the minute we came through the gate.” Jeff Adams, Member
“The golf course is spectacular and membership is a tremendous value, but more valuable than that are the friendships we’ve created and the great fit Frost Creek has been for my family.” Brent Russell, Member

COUNTRY CLUB OF THE ROCKIES
Edwards, Colorado
Country Club of the Rockies is a Member-owned, private club located in the Vail Valley of Colorado. In addition to worldclass golf on a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, the Club also offers its Members and guests award-winning dining at VISTA, a nationally recognized Golf Shop and year-round activities that enrich lives, build relationships and encourage healthy living.
Arrowhead at Vail and Country Club of the Rockies were originally conceived in 1980 by local developer Jen Wright. The site was chosen because of its relatively flat terrain for ease of development of a golf course, attributes of the Eagle River and McCoy Creek, potential for ski terrain, and the proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts. Initial plans included a private residential community with a highly regarded golf course for individuals that came to the Vail Valley to ski but desired to return for the summer due to the incredible climate.
