July 2010 Dear Parent/Guardian: Enclosed are the 2010-‐2011 enrollment forms that need to be completed, signed and returned to Wheatland Elementary. § Please return all the completed enrollment forms, along with fee payments, on or before August 10th. Mail forms to: Wheatland Elementary 15200 E 21st St N Wichita, KS 67230 Drop off forms: at the Wheatland office between August 2nd-‐10th Enrollment Days: August 9th from 8:00-‐12:00 & 1:00-‐4:00 August 10th from 12:30-‐7:00 (Please note that this is the office hours for Aug. 10th.) § We ask that you write two separate checks for enrollment fees and food service fees. Please make checks payable to Wheatland Elementary for enrollment fees and USD 385 Food Service for lunch, breakfast, juice and milk. § A separate mailing from Andover Public Schools will have the Child Nutrition Application and the 2010-‐ 11 food service prices. Please note that the food service prices (lunch, milk, juice) shown on the enclosed General Information sheet are subject to change for the 2010-‐11 school year. § If you have children attending school in buildings other than Wheatland, a separate check will need to be written to each building for enrollment fees, but one check is sufficient to make payment on students’ food accounts. § You may pay for enrollment fees and food service fees through the Andover USD 385 website. www.usd385.org (right column: Online Payment for Meals & Fees) Your child’s classroom placement will be mailed to you on Friday, August 13th. Meet Your Teacher Night is Tuesday, August 17th, from 6:00-‐7:00 pm. The first day of school for grades 1-‐5 is Thursday, August 19th and Kindergartners will begin school on Monday, August 23rd.
