This plan seeks to revitalize the waterfront district in Chester, Pennsylvania. Working alongside senior management, I created the following master plan, massing model with phasing, and guideline diagrams.

JP Federal Revitalization
The JP Federal revitalization project will demolish the existing buildings and build back 7 buildings with a more efficient design.
I worked directly with the project architect as the primary drawings manager for one of the seven buildings through DD and CD. I also produced various renderings for the project.
