RAW BLACKBERRY NECTARINE PITAYA BOWL

Nothing beats a refreshing smoothie bowl on a warm summer day! This Raw Pitaya Smoothie Bowls combines the seasonal flavors of local nectarine and blackberries with the crunch of delicious sprouted buckins, to create a sensational flavor.

INGREDIENTS TO BLEND

1 cup frozen blackberries & raspberries 2 Pitaya Plus smoothie packs 1 frozen banana 1 nectarine Optional: 1 tsp powdered probiotic; 1 tbs Philosophie Berry Bliss Superfood Blend

TOPPINGS

Blackberries, raspberries, nectarine, Emmy’s Organics raw buckwheat cereal (cacao coconut).


COCONUTTY GREENS SMOOTHIE BOWL This smoothie bowl is full of vitamin C, plant protein, fiber, antioxidants, calcium, iron, lysine, manganese, zinc and potassium.

INGREDIENTS TO BLEND 1 handful dandelion greens 3 medium sized green chard leaves 1 frozen banana 1 cup frozen pineapple 1/2 lime, juiced 1/2 tsp chlorella powder 2 tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin (for protein) 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup full fat coconut milk

TOPPINGS

Raspberries, blackberries, pomegranate, coconut flakes.


RAW BLACKBERRY NECTARINE PITAYA BOWL

You gotta love the combination of sweet mango with sour yogurt in a creamy lassi, so we created this healthy refined sugar free version that makes a perfect nutritious breakfast, or a refreshing smoothie on the go.

INGREDIENTS TO BLEND

1 ripe banana 1/2 mango 1/3 cup plain thick Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt 1 cup almond milk 3 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp maca powder 1 inch chopped or grated fresh ginger 1 large slice unpeeled lemon 2 dates (optional for sweetness)

TOPPINGS

Homemade superfood granola with almonds, hazelnuts, coconut & goji Banana Mango Bee pollen Coconut chips


BLACKBERRY AVOCADO AÇAÍ SMOOTHIE BOWL

Adding dark leafy greens to your smoothies helps you fulfill your daily intake of alkaline. You won’t even know the greens are there—trust me on this one.

INGREDIENTS TO BLEND 2 unsweetened açai smoothie packs (I used Sambazon unsweetened açaí packs) ½ cup blackberries and blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 ripe banana 2 handfuls spinach ½ avocado 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baobab (African plant; check your health food store) 1 tsp mesquite (South American plant; a natural sweetener that smells like heaven; check your health food store)

TOPPINGS

1 tbs hemp hearts 1 tbs chia seeds 1 tsp bee pollen (optional) Fresh berries Pecans


PURPLE LOVE SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE BOWL

Inspired in those warm and breezy summer days we created a Pitaya Plus and Spinach breakfast smoothie bowl recipe – raw, vegan, soy free, dairy free, gluten free and added sugar free.

INGREDIENTS TO BLEND (MAKES BOWLS)

1/2 cup steel cut oats + 2 tbsps chia seeds soaked overnight in water 1 pitaya smoothie pack (I used Pitaya Plus) 1 ripe banana 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup coconut water 1/4 cup Aloe Vera Juice 1 tbsp chlorofyll

TOPPINGS

Strawberries 1 tbsp raw almonds soaked overnight and peeled 1 tbsp flax seeds 1 tbsp goji berries


PUMPKIN PAPAYA SUPERFOOD AÇAÍ BOWL Try this creamy and delicious recipe filled with huge boost of vitamins A, C & E, potassium, antioxidants and enzymes that help digest proteins.

INGREDIENTS TO BLEND 1/2 can organic pumpkin (or 1/2 cup baked pumpkin, chopped in cubes) 1/2 cup papaya 1 Sambazon unsweetend açaí smoothie pack 1/2 ripe banana 1 tbs. maca for energy boost 1 tbs. pumpkin spice 1 cup almond milk

TOPPINGS

Granola, remaining banana, papaya, cashews, goji berries and pomegranate seeds.
