Consultancy strives to provide integrated innovative Labour solutions to our clients, through its structured business model which allows for dedicated and individual attention. Through our knowledge and significant experience in the Labour industry, we add value to our client’s operations and build long term relationships which are mutually beneficial.

COMPANY HISTORY Mike’s Labour Consultancy was started as a small informal Labour Law Consultancy during 2009 by Michael Heita a Labour Law Practitioner. It has since grown over the years to a fully fledged Human Resource, Labour Consultancy and Training, focusing on human resources management and industrial relations interventions. Mike’s Labour Consultancy is wholly Namibian owned and striving to be an industry leader in the field of Labour Consultancy.
