Mr. Immanuel S. Nambahu Mr Nambahu is an experienced former civil servant whose experience stretched over more than 30 years in the government service; having been a teacher, head of department, headmaster, deputy director and a member of management team at the head office of the ministry. Mr Nambahu served on the Tender Board of Government represented the Ministry of Higher Education on that body. He served as a ministerial member of the Labour Advisory Council. He has interests in mining precious and industrial minerals and base metals. Mr Nambahu is a visionary team member who strives for unity in the company and aspires to keep the team close and succeed together. He is a director of Mukende Construction and has interests in corporate business, construction, mining and farming for which he has experience of many years. Mr Nambahu holds a Bachelor of Arts, a

the University of Zululand, a Bachelor of Education from UNISA, a Diploma in Business Management and Administration from Mancosa, SA, and a Master of Education from the University of Umea in Sweden.

Mr. Jerry L. Muadinohamba Mr. Muadinohamba is a real leader, well known in the business circles and has extensive experience in property development and construction gained over the past five years. He oversees the construction of projects, marketing and building customer relations. Moreover, he has over 10 years of combined experience in development finance and public management. He has successfully turned around the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund

into

one

of

the

leading

state

agencies in superior and broad based service delivery, innovative and continuous business process improvement. Mr. Muadinohamba is also a shareholder in other construction companies namely Kopano
