PACURARI BUSINESS CENTER Pacurari Business Center is a project with a major role in redefining the urban silhouette and the specificity of the Paculari area in the city of Iasi.
The proposed exercise is developed as a unitary project, integrating three distinct types of functions: public and commercial spaces on the ground and mezzanine levels, business centre on the upper floors and a complementary climbing function.

POITIERS RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The focus of this project was the attitude towards the built context, while at the same time making the most of the natural setting and the proximity of the forest. The concept started from the orientation of 3 distinct sections towards favourable perspective directions. The volume reflects the conclusions of the urban planning study, being desired both the existence of a vertical accent and the permeability of the solution on the centred section
to allow visibility to and from the forest.
The multifunctional centre is a response to the lack of recreational spaces and neighbourhood
amenities
in
the
area,
function-
ing as a polarising urban and social space. 17

DELTA HOTEL The architectural concept aims to integrate the main function into the
natural
context,
considering
both the sloped site and the orientation of the building towards the element of interest, Mala Bay.
The preference for the shape and the radial volume is an argument supporting the perspective and the relationship between the built and the natural context. The conference centre is a complementary function attached to the hotel volume, functioning as an integrated part of it. 27

ENERGY EFFICIENT HOUSE The design theme aims to develop a permanent individual house reflecting the findings of bioclimatic studies. The site has been analysed taking into consideration the ecological principles, in order to enhance the implementation of an energy efficient dwelling.
The resistance structure is a classical wooden structure, using prefabricated straw bale panels for vertical closing elements. The incorporated technologies exploit the proximity of the lake by using a water-to-water heat pump for heating and domestic hot water, as well as photovoltaic panels for electricity generation. 43
