Automatic method (Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2010) 1.

Launch the Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2010 application on your computer.

Click the File menu followed by the Add Account button.

Now, a dialog box titled Add Account will open.

Click the radio button beside the E-mail Account option.

Enter the required information in the available text fields.

Click the Next button after entering all the information.

If prompted, enter your account password again.

Click the OK button followed by Next.

Manual method (Outlook 2010) 1.

Open the Outlook 2010 application on your computer.

Click File > Information > Add account.

Select the option relating to the manual method on the Add New Account dialog box.

Click the Next button.

Choose the Internet E-mail option by clicking the radio button beside it.

In the window titled Internet E-mail Settings, enter your e-mail accounts name, e-mail address, account type, incoming mail server, outgoing mail server, and account password in the corresponding text fields.

After entering all the information, click the More Settings button.

Go to the Outgoing Server section, enable the first two options by clicking the radio or checkbox beside them.

9.

Click the OK button.

Now, navigate to the Advanced section.

Enter your e-mail servers port numbers correctly.

Make sure to select the security type correctly.

Click the OK button followed by Next.

14.

Your e-mail account will be configured and ready to use in the Outlook application.
