Andrew Tan

Andrew has vast experience in innovation process, innovation management and creativity culture change. He recently moved to the UK and has just completed his Masters in Innovation Management from University of Arts London Central Saint Martins. Since coming to the UK, apart from completing his Masters, he has also had the opportunity to work for organisations involved with innovation such as National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (http://www.nesta.org.uk/) and IDEO. Prior to this, he co-founded a boutique innovation consultancy that helped Small- and Medium-sized businesses in Malaysia transform their cultures and build capabilities (system, methods and tools) to create their own innovation teams that were able to innovate systematically and routinely. Before that he was the Asia-Pacific Manager of the Innovation Centre for a multinational corporation innovation outfit.
