Grand Hotel Son Net’s stunning historic estate, dating back to the 17th century, is majestically located on top of a hill overlooking the traditional Mallorcan village of Puigpunyent, behind a backdrop of the Sierra Tramuntana. Surrounded by nature, the hotel is only 25 minutes’ drive to Palma Airport and 15 minutes to Palma’s old town. The management team of the Finca Cortesin Hotels & Resorts recently completed the extensive refurbishment and restoration of Son Net. The interiors have been created by international designer Lorenzo Castillo, respecting the original character and elements of the architecture, while providing elegant and sophisticated spaces that befit the grand estate. The hotel features 31 suites, 187 square feet of established Mediterranean gardens, a private Malvasia vineyard, an orchard, several swimming pools and the addition of a new 3,280-square-foot spa and wellness center to be inaugurated later in 2023.
