Universal: Growing passion/participation to see God glorified among the nations
Understanding of discipleship as a process of multiplication for Great Commission fulfillment.
Unique: Gifts (self awareness, SHAPE Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, Experiences)
CHARACTER Who do we want them to become? Christ-likeness as the standard for all internal evaluation and external interaction (compass, finish line)

God-fearing (vs. man-fearing), Worship (corporate, family, personal), Family - Spousal, children, In all relationships
CHRIST COMMITMENTS What do we want them to embrace? We are trusting God to produce followers of Christ who embrace at the heart level the following Life Commitments (perspectives/worldview): Jesus as Lord overall (Sovereignty, Suffering) (John 1, Eph. 1 Col. 1) God as supreme goal for joy (c.f. Christ. Hed.) God’s Word as only authoritative truth (beliefs/applications; theology, family, ministry, money) (2 Tim. 3:16, Joshua 1:8)
What SKILLS How do we want them to live? Able to study the Word (self-feeder) Able to evangelize, establish, equip others, and export oneself into world

Consistent and effective prayer life (orderly)
