Andrew Weigand
A designer at Gluckman Tang Architects, he has previous experience as a designer at REX and Of Possible Architectures. His work focuses on arts related projects, including museums, exhibitions, and adaptive re-use. In 2014 he co-founded afoam llc, a multi disciplinary design firm, with whom he recently coordinated the design of a temporary installation, Parting, in Syracuse, NY. In the digital realm, he has worked on several websites, graphics, illustrations, and identity designs. He has completed multiple collaborations with artists, and designers, and social scientists, including sculpture NEAKA with Tattfoo Tan, graphics with architectural historian Jonathan Massey: Visualizing the Occupation, Risk Design, and as a student at Syracuse University (B.Arch, 2012) contributed to the renovation design, fabrication, and garden of 601 Tully, an art education focused community-center in Syracuse, NY.
