Food is one of the stronge st ways tha t humans connect . This building provides a rounded experience, going from gardening to table. The greenhouse connect s the patient s with earth and the grow th behind their meal, the transition space grounds the patient s while preparing their vegetables for the main cooking experience. This is where users interact and bond while discovering what diet works for their specific illness.

C o m b i n i n g t h e i d e a o f visual and tactile senses allows for a wide variet y of experiences. Thinking about t h e d i f f e r e n c e i n t h e a r t f r o m n i g h t a n d d a y, l i g h t o n a n d o f f , o r w h e t h e r i t s touched or not is important in this body of art. Lighting, being an industrial process, creates contrast with the hands-on ideas inherent in fiber art. This series embraces contrast and highlight s the connection in this mix of media.
