Long before Santorini became known as one of the world’s most popular destinations, Oia was a small village with 306 inhabitants, located at the northern edge of the caldera.
Lauda, built on this rock in 1971, was the village’s first restaurant. It was the place where the locals gathered to talk and drink, the place with the village’s only telephone.
Today, Lauda Restaurant is committed to honouring the history and tradition of this unique place. Equipped with exceptional local ingredients and our devotion to the volcanic soil, the native grapes, the aromas and the colours of Santorini we strive to o er you an authentic gastronomic experience.

Emmanuel Renaut is the chef and founder of Flocons de Sel, the legendary 3 Michelin starred restaurant of Megeve.
This village of the Alps of southeastern France is where he invented his incredibly courageous, creative cuisine and his well known tendency to work with wild plants.
Flocons de Sel is also a member of the Grand Chefs: Relais & Châteaux and “ Grandes Tables du Monde”.
The combination of his Greek heritage and his fundamental training in French gastronomy at the Institut Paul Bocuse give the Palais Royal Restaurant’s two Michelin-starred Chef a unique culinary identity.
Former member of Joël Robuchon’s exclusive team, Philip Chronopoulos stands out due to his experience in various prestigious and exacting establishments before taking over the kitchens of the Palais Royal Restaurant in 2015. Having been awarded his first star in 2017, he received his second in 2022.
In 2020, he expanded his portfolio to become Executive Chef of the Nolinski hotels in Paris and Venice.

Alexing Dilling, once the executive chef of the world - renowned two Michelin starred restaurant, The Greenhouse, has spent over a decade honing his expertise with some of the most esteemed and dignified talents in the industry.
He has recently embarked on a new journey, his first eponymous location, Alex Dilling at Cafe Royal flips the switch on gastronomy with an exclusively intimate dining experience.

MARCELO BALLARDIN
Originally from Brazil with Italian roots, Marcelo Ballardin is a notable young chef who has gained experience in top European restaurants.
In 2014, he opened his own restaurant “OAK” in Gent, Belgium. He cooks with seasonal, fresh ingredients and has developed a very personal style, excelling in combining flavors and textures in an impressive way, like local ingredients combined with Asian spices, mixed with Mediterranean herbs and a South American accent. In 2018, OAK gained 1 star in the Michelin Guide.

Roman born Luca Piscazzi is well experienced in restaurants with coveted status.
He honed his skills around the world from Rome to Hong Kong to Beijing to London.
During his tenure at Chef Anne Sophie Pic’s La Dame de Pic, London, he achieved two michelin stars. Currently on his first solo venture at Pelagos at Four Seasons Athens, Chef Luca is invested in bringing the best experience for his guests.

British born Lewis Barker started his culinary journey at the age of 15.
Having honed his culinary experience for over a decade in some of the world's most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, and inspired by travel and the vast selection of cuisines across the globe,
Chef Lewis Barker brings his own creativity to Sommer with his menu designed to be enjoyed within the scenic surroundings of Marina Bay Singapore. Sommer opened its doors in January 2021 and received its first Michelin star within 6 months of opening.

Chef Christophe Hay is the chef owner of Fleur de Loire. He work essentially with local producers, and with his own vegetable garden a few meters away from his kitchen.
Chef is a principal member of chef’s ecology association named “L’R durable”, which aims at pro noting a more responsible cooking way.
Paul Bocuse and Eric Reithler are both his mentor in cooking. Since 2019, Fleur de Loire has held 2 Michelin stars.
