FSIGN[LED] technologie FSIGN[LED] technology kernstück der FSIGN[LED] technologie ist eine multichip LED mit 1/4 watt leistung und einem minimum an wärmeentwicklung. diese besteht aus drei halbleiterchips, welche blaues licht emittieren und einer darüberliegenden gelben photolumineszierenden schicht. diese wandelt das licht in ein angenehmes warm weißes licht von 3000K um was der farbtemperatur einer halogenlampe entspricht. durch ausschließliche verwendung von vorselektierten LEDs wird die homogenität von leuchtstärke und lichtfarbe sowie einem farbwiedergabeindex CRI > 80 garantiert.
basis der FSIGN[LED] technologie ist eine aluminiumplatine, die einerseits als statisches element dient - anderseits die entstehende wärme von den LEDs an das leuchtengehäuse abführt. aktive bauelemente auf der platine sorgen für einen optimalen betrieb der einzelnen LEDs und bei ungünstigen umgebungsbedingungen für gleichbleibend niedrige temperaturen in den LEDs. dadurch wird ein beschleunigtes altern der LEDs durch überhitzung verhindert und gewährleistet eine lebensdauer von > 50.000 stunden. durch die speziell entwickelte kontaktierung der leiterplatte ist nach dem erreichen der maximalen lebensdauer ein tauschen der platine problemlos möglich. mit dem einschalten erreicht die FSIGN[LED] technologie ihre maximale helligkeit und kann bei bedarf gedimmt werden (siehe seite 87). durch die verteilung der gesamtleuchtstärke auf mehrere lichtpunkte wird eine minimierung der blendung erreicht.

base of the FSIGN[LED] technology is an aluminium circuit board with two main functions: first to serve as s t a t i c e l e m e n t a n d s e c o n d t o r o u t e t h e g e n e r a t e d h e a t f r o m t h e L E D s t o t h e l u m i n a i r e b o d y.
core of FSIGN[LED] technology is a 1/4 watt multichip LED with a minimum of heat generation. the LED exists of three blue emitting semiconductor chips and a yellow photoluminescent overlayer which transforms light into a pleasant warm white of 3000K, the colour temperature of a halogen bulb. homogeneity of luminosity and colour temperature as well as colour rendering index CRI > 80 is guaranteed by using preselected LEDs.
active electronic devices on the board guarantee an optimal operation of each LED and a constant temperature in inappropriate conditions. by this, rapid ageing effects due to overheating are avoided and a lifetime of > 50.000 hours is guaranteed. after reaching the maximum lifetime of the LEDs the board can be easily changed due to the special designed contacting of the PCB. FSIGN[LED] technology reaches maximum brightness as soon as it is switched on and is dimmable if required (see page 87). due to the fact that the total luminosity is splitted into several light spots a minimisation of glare is obtained.

basismaterial ist ein äusserst robuster aluminiumverbundwerkstoff, der filigrane formen erlaubt ohne dabei instabil zu werden. gleichzeitig spielt er eine wichtige rolle für das temperaturmanagement der leuchte und führt die entstehende wärme optimal an die umgebung ab. dadurch wird eine lebensdauer von > 50.000 stunden erreicht. die integrierte FSIGN[LED] technologie macht one hochgradig effizient. eine vergleichbare halogenleuchte würde etwa das 5-fache an energie verbrauchen bei gleicher lichtausbeute. dies bedeutet bis zu 80% weniger energiekosten. der modulare aufbau der leuchtenserie erleichtert die montage wesentlich. die wartungsfreiheit ermöglicht sogar den einsatz bei schwer zugänglichen lichtaufgaben. durch die vielzahl der varianten können nahezu alle beleuchtungsaufgaben gelöst werden. one ist variabel.
