Introduction to Mars World Enterprises, Inc. and the Mars World™ Initial Project Overview Mars World Enterprises, Inc. (“MWE”) is a creative and executive production company that has conceived, designed, and developed plans for a new consumer brand: Mars World™. Mars World™ is based on the concept of a futuristic city on Mars in the year 2088. The Mars World™ concept will be applied to spaced-themed entertainment projects (“projects” or “real estate development projects” or “destinations”), as well as other properties capitalizing on the broad appeal of the brand. The concept is not science fiction, but rather “science future” as a realistic, authentic creation of what it will be like to visit Mars seventy five years from now. Visitors to Mars World™ will be able to experience life on Mars with all five senses. The Mars World™ brand provides a unique and highly attractive platform with multiple sources of revenue. The brand platform provides a foundation for large real estate development projects (i.e., individual Mars World™ projects in selected locations), operating businesses located within these projects, branded corporate and consumer intellectual properties, media properties, merchandise, corporate sponsorships, and the generation of professional services fees associated with design, training, and planning for the individual projects. © 2007-2013 Mars World Enterprises, Inc.
MWE’s Role MWE is the entity which creates, invests in, and derives income from the commercial exploitation of the Mars World™global brand. MWE’s role will vary by individual project and may include: executive producer, owner, developer, operator, consultant, project manager, and advisor. MWE will act as principal (including as licensor, lessor) or as licensee/lessee as appropriate and negotiated in the circumstances. At all times, however, it is expected that MWE will own the intellectual property (“IP”) and will license or lease that IP where MWE is not acting as principal Real Estate Projects It is expected that in the application of the Mars World™ brand to real estate development, each project will share the following characteristics: monumental architecture, spacethemed, and mixed-use including retail-entertainment development featuring hotel/resort and spa; theme-based activities: rides, games, simulations and media; retail stores, live theater, concerts, restaurants, night clubs and a casino where permitted by law. Risk A decision to invest in MWE should be based solely on the information provided in the Series A Preferred Shares Offering Investment Memorandum (“Memorandum”), for which this Concept Design Book (“CDB”) forms Exhibit I. The CDB is intended solely to provide images which may help better understand what the Initial Project would be like when completed and open to the public. However, the images are speculative and they are not intended to be accurate representations of the completed project.

The Mars World™ Design Concept
Our Unique Design Process
Come play on Mars. Explore and enjoy the first city on the red planet and interact with the inspiring and thriving Martian culture in the year 2088.
An authentic Mars city is being designed with the entire infrastructure, anticipating future technologies, materials, robotic operations and biosphere required to build and operate on the planet Mars.
Not Science Fiction. It’s “Science Future.” Culture Tourism The fastest segment of the international travel/tourism industry is cultural tourism. Travelers want authentic experiences directly with the local people in their natural settings, not just packaged tours. The CORE of the visitor experience at Mars World™ is meeting and interacting with the very stylish and goodlooking Martians (our well trained actors). They are the second and third generation of humans born on Mars and see it as their home. They want to know all about home world Earth. Most of the kids want to go to college on Earth. Most of the Martians are tall because of the low gravity. Mars has only 38% of Earth’s gravity. The arts have flourished on the Red Planet because as the first Earth pioneers brought life to the dead world they also brought creativity, colors, sounds, music and exotic plants. Over time they have become uniquely Martian. © 2007-2013 Mars World Enterprises, Inc.
A high level of detail in science and engineering is critical to the believability and acceptance of the visitors and sponsors. This design has been adapted to be built as an Earth-based normal gravity attraction/resort within the Mars Dome. A detailed “back story,” “master experience/show script” and “future history” is being created so the city has a lived-in feeling and the Martian culture feels real and believable. Authenticity The Mars World™ concept and design was created by space architect and futurist John Spencer. He is a real space pioneer and accomplished designer for immersive space experiences as a real estate developer. He has extensive experience in real Mars mission planning and habitat design working with Apollo 11 (first Moon landing) astronaut Buzz Aldrin, Ph. D. and movie director/explorer James Cameron. Mars World Enterprises has extensive high level contacts with NASA and JPL in Pasadena as well as all of the major aerospace, growing private space enterprise/tourism companies and all of the Mars advocacy groups. They are very supportive of MWE, Inc. and MWLV.
Time Travel – 75 Years into the Future The theme is not only space travel but also TIME TRAVEL. The most advanced future forecasting methods and technology will be used to “Jump” the visitors 75 years into the future – a very positive, healthy and exciting future. While far more challenging than the space/Mars theme, the future theme adds unlimited potential for story telling (story experiencing), character development and invention for our Martian culture and their world.
All can enjoy gaming at the casino, a drink or show at a club, dining in one of many restaurants, and shopping at the “Mars Mall” or “Trading Post.” Enjoy one of the future themed high-end fashion shows for both humans and robots. There will be opportunities to walk on the surface of another world in futuristic Mars suits, or travel in rovers or enclosed trams touring the crater floor. Visitors can explore “The Beautiful Caves of Mars” or party at the exclusive “Red Planet Club” or just relax and have red coffee in a lounge.
The Mars World™ Experience
The huge 1,000 foot wide geodesic dome allows for 24/7 365 days of the year operation even in harsh climates.
The Mars city (yet to be named) is built inside the rim of a 1,000-foot wide impact crater to use the soil for protection against solar flares and cosmic radiation; also the soil provides excellent insulation.
During the day the inner surface of the dome will be lit pink to match the Martian sky. At night incredible views of the asteroid belt, Jupiter, Saturn their many moons and very bright starts will delight all.
Visitors and resort guests will go through a series of entry transition experiences from Earth to the Mars City and from present time to 75 years in the future. Everyone can experience that “wow” moment upon entering the “Grand Observation Gallery” with its amazing views of the huge crater and “Mars Resort and Spa” in its center.
Like any city on Earth, the Mars World™ City will always be changing. No visit will ever be the same. The visitors and guests help create the unique interactive experience.
An elegant 200 key luxury resort and spa with lush hydroponic gardens, exotic flowers, large colorful butterflies, advanced robotic servants and even a small waterfall.
Surveys indicate that hundreds of millions of people around the world would like to experience life beyond the Earth. And perhaps even more would like to experience life as it may be far in the future. There is a large, untapped audience for futuristic, off-world experiences.

Comparable Attractions MWE has studied the following popular and successful attractions as models for parts of the Mars World™ design “Universal City Walk” is a simulated small city with an exciting Hollywood theme. Lots of fun retail, dining, fountains, 3D theaters, entertainment/music and simulations areas. “Sea World Parks” combine marine science and conservation with fun rides, shows, simulations, touching pools and friendly characters. They make science fun. “Arcosanti” in Arizona is a small city built in the dry desert maximizing energy conservation. It is all masonry construction with beautiful arches and domes. It is a desert art colony.

Comparable Immersive Experiences
Renaissance Pleasure Faire
It’s all about unique and memorable themed experiences. The best kinds immerse the participants in the place and time of the theme in an authentic manner. The clothing, food, sounds/music and activities bring the theme to life. “The Renaissance Pleasure Faire” places the participants in the Elizabethan era with beautiful costumes, jousting, juggling, toys, jewelry, art and a lot of feasting and ale. The annual “Burning Man” week long event in the desert brings almost 70,000 people together in an art and music filled primal environment. Clothing is optional and no money is allowed in this culture of gifting and trading services and goods. “American Civil War reenactments,” with staged battles in the actual battle grounds, real guns and canons, authentic uniforms, regiment flags, bands playing the music of the era, and camp fires all contribute to authentic experiences. Also lots of beer.
